This is a rare porcelain enamel kerosene oil advertisement signboard for the Sun brand. It’s a double-sided signboard. The lithograph at the bottom of the board is painted in white, which is in the Gujarati and Hindi language. The text translates to “sun brand kerosene oil turns night into day.” The signboard has wear and tear on the borders due to rust. Enamel loss is visible in the area around the mounting points. It originated in India.
