This authentically vintage and uncommon bajuband depicts Hanuman hauling a mountain of sanjivani herbs. It’s made of copper alloys and comes from the state of Karnataka in southern India. Additionally, Shaiva saints and kings have used this memorabilia. This may have been worn by dynasties like the Cholas or other Shaivaites while they were in power. Historically, this was a symbol of tenacity and devotion that was worn on the upper arms. A wonderful addition to any collection, this exquisite and rare piece of Indian history is undoubtedly beautiful and unique.
