Tin Toy Joker

This is a vintage tin toy joker with a balloon. Joker is in fair condition considering his age. He has some rips, stains, or tears in his clothes. The toy works on a winding mechanism. He’s in all his original condition, moving forward and looking left and right. It is in working condition as shown in the video. It originated in the year 1970 In Japan.
