Calcutta Tin Box

This is a Calcutta confectionery tin box. It has a beautiful print of a lakeside boat in which Lord Krishna with her counterpart plays the flute alongside swans. The backside of the box says only permitted colors are used. The box appears to be in fine working order. Because of its age, the tin box has little paint deterioration. This tin box originated in the year 1980 in Bombay (currently Mumbai).
