Baby Krishna Sculpture VI

This miniature bronze sculpture depicts the Hindu deity Krishna as a child (Bala-Krishna). One of the most well-known Indian gods and the eighth avatar or incarnation of Vishnu, Krishna is the subject of numerous famous traditions that describe his early life. The only Vishnu incarnation who can be adored as a child, a teenager, or a devotee is Krishna. It originated in Karnataka.
