Antique God Vishnu Sculpture

One of the main Hindu deities is Vishnu, who is also known by the names Narayana and Hari. The universe is preserved and guarded by Vishnu. In difficult times, it is his responsibility to return to the planet and put good and evil back in their proper proportions. He has taken nine different incarnations so far, but Hindus think that he will have one more near the end of this earth. The Vaishnava, or followers of Vishnu, believe him to be the greatest deity.
